With Pavla's dried Mushroom #2

As I said, I made risotto with Pavla's dried mushroom. I added fresh porcini mushroom as well. It tasted good. I thought fresh mushroom wasn't really necessary. I liked the taste of dried mushroom.

今日は、パブラのドライドマッシュルームで、キノコのリゾットを作りました。生のマッシュルームも入れたけど、これは必要なかったかな。味は、結構美味しかったです。

yum yum yum...it looks delicious..i do love risotto with mushrooms but i can do it just italin way...i have to try yours!:-)

Hi, there. I made this risotto in Italian way, just like you guys make dried porcini risotto. Same thing. I don't know any other way either.
